Monthly Hostess Club

Do you love Close To My Heart Products as much as I do?
Are you new to the hobby and want to learn more and increase your product stash?
Can you place at least a $15 order monthly or a $30 every other month?
Would you like to receive at least $25 in FREE product?

If you said YES to any of these questions than I have a great deal for you!!  I am going to be starting a Monthly Hostess Club for when the new catalog comes out.  What is this you may ask.  Well I'm glad you asked.
* The minimum monthly order is only $15 (plus shipping & tax) if we have 10 ladies which works out to a 10 month commitment (September - June).

-(If we have less than 10 ladies we would need to divide $150 by the amount of ladies we do have, and the monthly commitment would be increased).
-This is just a "virtual" type club. We don't physically meet anywhere. It's just a way if you like our products to order each month and then one of the months you earn FREE product without having to do anything.
Benefit: This helps you budget your supplies a little at a time.

* Each month you will take turns being the Hostess.
-You will earn at least $25 in FREE Close To My Heart product when it your turn to be the hostess.
-You can choose from stamp sets, paper packets, ink pads, markers, cardstock, acrylic blocks and more.
Benefit: When it is your month you can collect outside orders from friends and family to increase the amount of FREE goodies you get. You can be the Hostess of a Home Gathering
where I come to your house or you and your friends come to mine, we play a few games for prizes, tour the idea book and make a card. Then they have time to place orders. Those
sales would count towards your Hostess Month. Or if you live outside my area you can do a Book Party where the sales would also count. However, you do not have to do this to join the club...it's just a way to earn even more FREE goodies.
-The rewards get better as the orders increase in amount.
-When you hit $350 in sales you will earn $60 in FREE product and one half priced item or a Hostess Collection!!

In addition to being the hostess, all members will receive:
* FREE Idea Books before other customers -
-Autumn/Winter 2010 (you will get it in August when everyone else receives it in September) and
-Spring/Summer 2011 (you will get it January when everyone else receives it in February).
* A FREE gift just for joining!
* Stamp of the Month for FREE during hostess month
* One month of being the hostess earning at least $25 in FREE products. Hostesses average $40 or more and as much as $200 or more in FREE Product plus half-priced items.
* Periodic sales, challenges, sample products and goodies from me!
* At the end of the club you will receive a mini stamp set as a Thank You for participating!
I would like to start the club and have the first club order by September 15.

Swaps

These were some cards I made for a swap I was in with my upline and sisters.  We each picked a month and made three cards to go with that month.  My month was September.  the top card its hard to see the colors but the card is pansy purple and autumn terracotta.  The thinking of you card is using the textured card stock in cocoa and crystal blue.

Busy

I know I haven't kept up on the blog but things have been so extreamly busy I hadn't thought of it.  I'm taking classes on line and that has been taking up much of my time. I will be posting some pics of  things I have made for some swaps I have been in.

Scrappin catch up

I think this week I will be getting caught up on my scrappin.  I still have about 200 pics from South Dakota to go through and scrap I need to get an album for those pages I'm looking at the My Legacy Album in dark cocoa or outdoor denim for the South Dakota trip.  Now I have 274 pics to sort through and scrap from Monster Jam  I think it will need its own album also due to the quantity of pics we took and will want to include as many of them as possiable.  I might use the black album for Monster Jam.

Looks like I will be needing to place an order soon.  Good thing its tax time and I will be getting a refund so I think I know what I will be doing with it or at least part of it.

Monster Jam

Yesterday we had tickets to the Monster Jam in Minneapolis at the Metrodome.  Getting there was pretty easy.  The show was awsome we all had a blast.  There are not too many things a family of four can do for around a hundred dollars anymore, this was one of them.  We had great seats we were in row 17 right behind where the trucks parked.

Between the truck races and the freestyle they had a car race.  This was the funniest thing I had seen.  There were about ten cars and each had a trailer hooked up to it.  Many had something on the trailer like a couch, snowmobile, jetski, washer and drier.  As they raced around the track it was almost like a demo as they crashed into each other and the trailers.  Then the stuff started falling off the trailers, by the end the track was a mess with the busted remains of the trailer stuff.  Brought a new meaning to "trailer trash".  The the popup camper being pulled by one guy was totally disintergrated.

We were all laughing histerically watching it.  It was great.

Here are just a few of the pictures we took of the monster trucks.
Avenger put on the best show during his freestyle He rolled his truck twice and recovered both times to keep going.  He ended up winning the freestyle event.  He also lost half of the fiberglass body off his truck by the end.  Maximum Destruction lived up to his name because at the end of the run he didn't have anything left of the body on his truck.  It was only the frame and rollcage.  We didn't get any pictures of his run as we were taking a video instead.
